Ski amadé from A to Z

The Laireiter Alm is located at 1,850 m directly next to the Grossarltal panorama station. It offers space for 300 to 350 people in the interior. When the weather is fine, up to 500 people can enjoy the sun on our spacious terrace.

Der Golf- & Landclub Ennstal Weissenbach – gegründet 1977 - ist der 3. älteste Golfclub der Steiermark und erst der 20. in Österreich. The Skialm Kreuzkogel is located directly between the two mountain stations of the Kreuzkogelbahnen at the highest point of the Grossarltal/Dorfgastein ski area. When the weather is nice you can enjoy the unique mountain panorama on the sun terrace. The rustic and cozy hut offers space for approx. 50-60 people. A special highlight is the après-ski bar right next to the hut. 

The Wengeralm is located directly on the ski slopes in the Gastein Valley at 1,650 m and offers guests a spacious restaurant, a cozy bar and a sun terrace. In the summer, right in the walking area near the middle station of the summit lift Fulseck located, it is a popular destination for hikers and families. Our cozy parlor with an open fireplace and comfortable seating invites you to spend sociable evenings.

From 15th to 22nd March 2025, the Wengeralm invites you to the Ski & Wine Enjoyment Week – a true feast for the senses! Look forward to exquisite wines from selected Austrian winegrowers and culinary highlights in which the meat from our own Wengerhof cattle plays the leading role. Regional, fresh and prepared with love - this is what winter in the mountains tastes like. Experience unforgettable moments of pleasure in our cosy ski hut!

A really great adventure awaits you at the Alpentaverne! Special e-trail bikes from OSET take you through a course with various obstacles.

In summer, the fun & pro Bike Academy is an institution for bikers and has been since 1992. In addition to guided MTB and e-bike tours, there is riding technique training for all bikers. Teaching the right mountain and e-bike riding technique is a particular concern of ours. Why? With an electric drive you can easily climb the mountains and don't need a lot of experience or stamina. But how do you get back down safely? The professionals from Fun & Pro will show you the necessary tips and tricks.
