The Pfandlinghof is located at a agnificent single location in the countryside at 960 m above sea level. There are lots of reasons to come!
Children, children that will be a vacation! Pony riding, sleeping in the hay, bringing cows from the pasture and milking them. Or do you rather collect the most beautiful stones in the streams? For more than 40 years, the family Ammerer has been hosting guests on our farm. So, we relax you - the ambience at the Pfandlinghof and in the Grossarltal are part of this mission.

Sepp, Urban, and Corinna will take you and your children to the stable. You enjoy haymaking or a ride on our Icelandic horse Blacky. Heidi will show you the world of herbs and everyone will grill stick bread with you over the campfire.
And grandma and grandpa know a lot to tell – at the age of 95 they have experienced quite a few stories.

Arrival
Vienna / Munich - Salzburg Tauernautobahn A10, approx. 50 km towards Villach until the exit Bischofshofen. Then to St. Johann im Pongau and further on the L109 (Grossarler Landesstrasse) towards Grossarl (approx. 16 km) until the roundabout. Then you take the 3rd exit to Grossarl and you go between the Hotel Alte Post and the Spar market in direction to the Ellmautal. You take the first road on the right (Güterweg Thalgau) and after 300 m you reach the Pfandlinghof - have a nice journey!
