Our house is located central but very quiet - and all sport and leisure facilities can be reached very easy. After an exciting day here in Wagrain our relaxing-area with sauna, steam bath, infrared-cabin, solarium and relaxation room with colour-therapy is the ideal place to chill.

via the A10 Tauernautobahn exit Flachau (EXIT 66) - then continue along the federal highway to Wagrain, there is a cross at the church in Wagrain - turn left here - through the center of wagrain - after the post-office turn left to "Kirchboden", before the supermarket SPAR turn right - afterwards right again - you can find our house on the right handside.
